What is Flowstate AI?

Flowstate AI is a multi-agent AI system designed for Tech-Athlete-Leaders. It uses your Google account for authentication and data storage, and optionally syncs your real-time Garmin data to optimize both your athletic performance and your leadership effectiveness through three specialized copilots: Training, Comms, and Team.

What accounts do I need to use Flowstate AI?

You will need a Google account (either a free Google account or a Google Workspace Starter plan) to authenticate and use the platform. A Garmin Connect account is optional but recommended for full access to the Training Copilot features and real-time physiological data synchronization.

What is the difference between a free Google account and Google Workspace?

Both work with Flowstate AI. A free Google account is perfect for getting started. Google Workspace Starter plan is recommended for full usage, as it provides enhanced data storage, document export capabilities, and better integration with Google Drive for seamless workflow management.

How does the Garmin integration work?

You connect your free Garmin Connect account to Flowstate AI, and the system automatically syncs your activities, sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and other key physiological data. This data is then used by our AI to provide personalized recommendations. Garmin sync is optional but highly recommended for the best experience.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we take data security and privacy very seriously. All your data is encrypted and stored securely. We will never share your personal data without your explicit consent. Your Garmin data is only accessed for the synchronization you authorize.

Why do you have four tiers?

Each tier serves a different purpose. Bronze (free) is a lead magnet for viral growth. Silver ($29/mo) is our core offering for the mass market. Gold ($79/mo) is for users who want to join our exclusive community. Platinum ($4,500) is our premium bootcamp experience.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period.

What is the Flowstate AI Community?

It's a private, members-only community on Discord for our Gold and Platinum members. It's a place to connect with peers, get coaching, and participate in live weekly sessions.
