From Curiosity to Convergence.

I’m Hartmut Hübner, and I work at the intersection of leadership, communication, and performance.

Not because I read about it. Because I can't stop doing it.

Cycling. I'm a Level 3 ABCC certified coach and currently serve as media executive driving course development for the Association of British Cycling Coaches. But coaching credentials aren't what cycling gave me. It gave me focus on what truly matters. Freedom to think clearly. And the experience of flow—that state where effort becomes effortless, particularly in sweet spot intervals and climbing in the mountains. Data-driven performance since power meters changed the game.

Communication. I've always lived communication. PhD, book, leadership roles in large corporates—but what really matters: communication is how organisations actually change. Every transformation that succeeds has clear, intentional communication at its core.

Systems of work. Agile ways of working, co-creation, open innovation, strategy. The pattern is clear: without a deliberate system of work, good intentions die in endless meetings.

AI. Since ChatGPT launched, I've built multiple AI-powered tools for inspiration, communication, change, and teamwork. AI doesn't replace human judgment. It accelerates it. What once took weeks now takes hours.

The convergence. Flowstate AI brings these four threads together. Cycling principles as methodology. Communication as the vehicle. Systems thinking as the structure. AI as the accelerator.

This isn't a finished product. It's a living system at the edge of what's possible—evolving as the technology does.
